Claude Haiku classification of every chat for sales-intent, frustration, churn-risk, and topic. Prompt-cached for efficiency. Batched daily. Needs Anthropic API key.
CRM Deals linkage
Join visitor email to Zoho CRM Deals records → enrich each chat with the seller's CRM stage, plan type, account owner, last deal activity. Surface "this chat is from an Engagement-stage seller" badges.
Live daily / 4-hourly auto-refresh
Auto-pull the Chat Actions XLSX from your Gmail inbox (scheduled Zoho email → IMAP poller → refresh.py). Needs Gmail app password.
Zoho Desk tickets join
Pull ticket history from Desk Analytics workspace (already introspected), join by email. Show "this seller also has 3 open tickets" in the drawer. Adds Tickets tab with multi-agent ticket activity.
Multi-hop transfer chain
Currently we see only 1-hop transfers (Attended → Owned). Multi-hop chains (A → B → C → D) need the SalesIQ thread API or a richer export schema. Investigating.
